Make sure your account information is correct

When power outages occur, it is important we be able to match our records with your location so that power may be restored as quickly as possible. It is also important that we be able to contact you in the event of an emergency. Please make sure your account is up-to-date by clicking here and logging into our Customer Service Portal. You will need your Member (Account) Number and Online Billing Password.
