Phone Fraud in NGEMC Service Area

NGEMC has received a report that several of our members have been targeted with a phone call demanding immediate payment on the bill or they would be faced with an immediate cut-off.

If you receive a call such as this, the best course of action would be to end the call and check your account online through NGEMC’s website, or to contact an NGEMC Member Services Representative to verify your account balance by dialing one of the phone numbers listed on our website.
